      目的:建立离子色谱法(IC)测定口服电解质颗粒中6种阴、阳离子(氯离子、磷酸根、柠檬酸根离子、钠离子、钾离子、镁离子)含量的方法。方法:测定阴离子的色谱柱为Metrosep A Supp-5 column(250 mm × 4 mm),流动相为12.8 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3,等度洗脱,柱温为30 ℃,流速为0.7 mL·min-1,进样量为20 μL,电导检测器;测定阳离子的色谱柱为Metrosep C4 column(250 mm × 4 mm),流动相为5 mmol·L-1 HNO3,等度洗脱,柱温为30 ℃,流速为0.7 mL·min-1,进样量为20 μL,电导检测器。结果:在各色谱条件下,电解质颗粒中各阴阳离子之间分离良好;专属性良好;线性关系良好(r =0.9999);精密度及平均加样回收率(n=9)RSD均<2.0%,且回收率在98%~103%。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、选择性好,适用于常规样品分析。

      Objective: This article is to establish an ion chromatography method for determining the contents of three anions (sodium, potassium, magnesium) and three cations (chloride, phosphate, citrate) in oral granules of electrolytes. Methods: The anion chromatographic column was Metrosep A SUPP 5-150 column (250 mm × 4 mm) equipped with an Dionex IonPac AG23 guard column (50 mm × 4 mm) and eluted with isocratic 12.8 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3; the canion chromatographic column was Metrosep C4 column (250 mm × 4 mm) equipped with an Metrosep C4 guard column (250 mm × 4 mm) and eluted with isocratic 5 mmol·L-1 HNO3. The flow rates were both 0.7 mL·min-1. The injection volume was 20 μL and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Good separation for the anions (chloride, phosphate, citrate) and cations (sodium, potassium, magnesium) were achieved with good specificity and linear relationship (r=0.9999), the RSD of injection precision, repeatability and sample recovery rate were within 2.0%, and the sample recovery rates were between 98% and 103%. Conclusions: The method is simple in operation, high in sensitivity and good in selectivity.
