      目的:建立多元素形态分析的方法,揭示晕可平糖浆中各元素的存在形态,筛选具有生物活性的元素。方法:用0.45 μm微孔滤膜、001×7阳离子交换树脂、D401螯合树脂及三氯甲烷萃取,对晕可平糖浆中元素进行初级形态和次级形态分离;采用正辛醇/水分配体系,模拟19种无机元素在人体肠胃环境中的分配情况;采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定各形态元素的含量。结果:Cu主要以悬浮态存在,其他元素多以可溶态存在;在可溶态中,As和Sb主要以稳定态存在,Cu和Cd的不稳定络合态比重较高;Fe的有机态比重最高,为30.8%;各元素的KOW值均小于1,其中Fe的KOW值接近于1。结论:Cu和Cd是需要监测的主要重金属元素,Fe是糖浆发挥药效最相关的元素。
英文摘要:
      Objective: A multi-element speciation analysis method was established to understand the existence of each element in Yunkeping syrups, and screen the elements with biological activities. Methods: Primary and secondary speciation of elements in Yunkeping syrups were separated through 0.45 μm microporous film filtering, 001×7 cation resin exchanging, D401 resin chelating and trichloromethane extracting. N-octanol/water system was used to simulate gastric and intestinal distribution of 19 inorganic elements in human body. The contents of inorganic elements in various forms were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results: Cu presented mainly in suspension state, the other elements presented mostly in soluble state. In soluble states, As and Sb were mainly stable, higher proportions of Cu and Cd were unstable in chelated state. Up to 30.8% of Fe presented in organic state. The KOW value of each element was less than 1, while that of Fe was close to 1. Conclusion: Cu and Cd are heavy metal elements that need to be monitored, and Fe is the most relevant element for syrups to exert medicinal effects.
