      摘 要 目的:采用一测多评法(HPLC-QAMS)同时测定促育生精合剂中淫羊藿苷、金丝桃苷、沙苑子苷、落新妇苷、芒果苷、宝藿苷等6种成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC,WondaSil C18 Superb(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.04%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,柱温30 ℃,检测波长359 nm,进样量:10 μL,流速0.8 mL·min-1。以淫羊藿苷为内参物,建立其与金丝桃苷、沙苑子苷、落新妇苷、芒果苷、宝藿苷之间的相对校正因子( fs/i),计算其含量;通过一测多评法与外标法(ESM)结果的比较,验证所建方法的可行性及准确性。结果:6种成分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好(r ≥ 0.999 1),平均加样回收率为96.92%~100.3%(RSD为0.62%~2.57%),HPLC-QAMS法与ESM法的含量测定结果无显著差异。结论:建立了促育生精合剂中6种成分的一测多评法,经验证可用于该合剂中6种黄酮类成分的含量测定。

      Objective:To establish a method for the determination of icariin, hyperoside, complanatuside, astilbin, mangiferin and baohuoside in the compound of Cuyu Shengjing mixture by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker method. Methods:HPLC, adopted with icariin as internal reference, establish a relative correction factor between hyperoside, complanatuside, astilbin, mangiferin, baohuoside and icariin (fs/i), calculate its content; WondaSil C18 Superb (4.6×250 mm,5μm) chromatographic column, using acetonitrile -0.04% phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase, gradient elution, column temperature 30℃, flow rate mL?min-1,0.8 detection wavelength 359 nm. Results: Six components showed a good linear relationship in their respective concentrations (r≥0.9991), the average recovery rate was 96.92 %~100.3%(RSD 0.62%~2.57%). There was no significant difference between the content determination results of the multi-evaluation method and the external standard method. There was no significant difference between one-test multi-evaluation method and external standard method. The quantitative results were compared between the external standard method(ESM) and QAMS. Conclusion:The method is accurate and simple, it can be used for quality control of 6 components in fertility promoting essence mixture.
